I am a 6ft, 155lb, 25yo male who has an average muscular build but is starting to have a belly? Is this from lack of abdominal muscle? Whats the best way to get this off. Thanks

start doing crunches. they are very effective. and start weight lifting and doing cardivascular activities. if you drink a lot, then maybe that's why... it's called a beer belly. so minimize alcohol intake. but weightlifting, running, and doing crunches should make it smaller.

It's probably that your metabolism is starting to slow down. There's a lot of conflicting research on this, but if you read some of the new books on nutrition and dieting, it should answer some of your questions.

Exercise will help, but only a proper diet will eliminate the fat.
