I am healthy and i am asking only for an advice with food or some exercises.I used to be chubby and I used to work out my biceps and triceps.Now i have lost some weight and they seem to me very big to the rest of the body.So how can I reduce them - make muscle loss????????
P.S. I need an advice from some profesional fitness treiner!

Stop working out and mother nature will reduce your muscles. It will take a while but then it took a while to get them to the size they are. That is such a small thing to worry about.

Unfortunately, you can't reduce a specific part of your body without a surgical proceedure. What you can try doing is eating less protein.

When you work out, your body uses up carbohyrdates, fat, and proteins to suppy it's energy. Anaerobic exercises,*weight lifting, uses only carbohydrates and protein. The less intake of protein will result in muscle loss. Since protein is plentiful around your bicep/tricep area, your body will tend to go there for it's energy supply. Hope this helps. Good luck.

To reduce your biceps and triceps, there are two ways:

1. Decrease the number of times per week you are working these muscles to no more than two.

2. Decrease the weight you are lifting.

Your body will take care of that on it's own, you don't have to do anything. Muscle will atrophy back to lean in due time.
