You are referring to the yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is one of several species of yeast that is used to make bread and ferment wine or beer. The packs of bakers yeast in the grocery store are Saccharomyces. It is extrememly rare for Saccharomyces to cause ANY symptoms, as in infection. You could be referring to the symptoms caused by allergy to wheat and other grains found in bread. If you have problems after eating bread products I suggest you look for a cause other than the yeast. Besides, baking bread would kill any yeast that is present.

Unless you provide a bit more information, there isn't a single way to answer this question. It could be "yeast", but as there are several different kinds of yeast that it would be possible to use, taxonomic identification is difficult. Or, you could be referring to wheat, rye, or some other grain out of which bread is made. Again, need more info.
The straight-up answer would seem to be "homo sapiens", because we're the only organisms capable of making bread. Symptoms would include culture, language, agriculture, and cities.

bread allergies can vary based on the grain used in the bread. Sour dough, wheat, rye etc. What kind is causing youthe problem? See allergist or dermatologist.

It is made with Saccharomyces cerevisiae and that is what I am allergic to, so I do not eat any bread product.

...I think your looking for yeast. Yeast metabolizes starch into either Carbon Dioxide, alcohol or both.
