All cheese is milk product changed by micro-organisms. Mushrooms are part of fungi. Kimchee is that nasty Korean cabbage that is fermented.

Bread is made fluffy due to yeast. All alcoholic beverages are due to the action of the yeast, as well.

I am sure there are many others, but these were what came to mind right away.
