the only way to be sure you have a yeast infection is through a vaginal culture,which is then analyzed in the lab.Never self treat because you can be doing harm to yourself,you could have any number of common vaginal infections some are not even yeast related.so its best to go to your Gynecologist or primary med doctor for the best treatment.
