I've struggled with my weight since I was a kid. My sister in law's roping me into doing Michael Thurmond's 6 week makeover with her. Problem is, it's all I can do to eat twice a day now, much less six times at the same time every day. I don't really know how my sis in law's gonna do it either...she works third shift and sleeps all day. I've seen the slim in 6 and power 90 stuff. There's something about Beach Body that makes me trust them...I don't know. Do any of these really work, I know there's alot, with BeachBody and Billy's Boot Camp and stuff, but if anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it.
