I want to fight someone.Noone in particular.I have a stress level out the roof.I am in therapy, on meds and I don't want to kill any one.I just want to beat on someone.Any one know where the have "fight clubs" around Nashville? Or do you think I should just buy boxing gear and beat a bag?Does it work to get out aggression or would I just wind up stronger and still wanting to hurt someone

1. Start running 3-6 miles per day ( work up to that)
that will calm you down, - you have to beat yourself before you can beat anyone else.
2. get the bag and gloves - beat the $hit out of it

Glad you are in therapy. Buy a puching bag perhaps and talk to your therapist. I wouldnt go out and beat someone up. How does that solve what the real problem is causing the aggresson? Get yourself a punching bag and gloves and get a good workout while your at it. Keep talking to the therapist and taking you meds. Good Luck to you. Dont go beating some innocent person up for your aggression.

First off, picking fights is a bad idea. Odds are you'll get your butt handed to you. and black eyes are never attractive.
working out, kickboxing or even hockey might be a good idea, for physical contact and exercise. Just don't get too full of yourself and think you can take anybody in the room with your crane technique.
Talk to your shrink, ask what he/she thinks. They know you better.

Beating up a punching bag will help you feel a LOT better! Also screaming at nothing helps a lot too. It isn't a good idea to hurt anyone.

Get a bag - whilst wrapping someone's hair around your fist and punching them continually in the face might be satisfying, it would probably result in you being arrested & charged, especially if you didn't stop!! Least with a punch bag you'll release that tension without hurting yourself or others!

if you have enough energy to fight and beat someone (or thing), but need this to be as less harmful as possible, you can try playing fight games, it's more realistic now than ever, and winning is usually hard, and when you do, you will feel better, have a look at download.com, under games

i hope you find the root of your anger.... and realize that you have no right to take your frustrations out on innocent people. channel your energy into something positive. you need stress and anger management classes. who has caused you so much pain that you want to inflict it upon others/ these are answers you need to begin to heal. also.. just because you do not intend to kill someone... it can happen...accident or not you would have to pay the consequences.

Try taking up martial arts. It really helps with stress, and emphasizes physical contact as well. Check out yoga too.

Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.smoking
sometimes fasting is also important

i understand you better. i suggest you to go for meditation. i suggest you pyramid meditation. it is simple. just close your eyes. observe breathing about inhaling and exhaling. thoughts will come and go.practise for minimum 20 Minuit's.just relax. o.k.
