I've struggled with my weight since I was a kid. My sister in law's roping me into doing Michael Thurmond's 6 week makeover with her. Problem is, it's all I can do to eat twice a day now, much less six times at the same time every day. I don't really know how my sis in law's gonna do it either...she works third shift and sleeps all day. I've seen the slim in 6 and power 90 stuff. There's something about Beach Body that makes me trust them...I don't know. Do any of these really work, I know there's alot, with BeachBody and Billy's Boot Camp and stuff, but if anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it.

Please, please, please, no more cleansing stuff...I'm not too keen on paying over a hundred bucks on some 9 day supply.

they are all mostly crap but i have billy's boot camp and it is a great workout... Very intense and you will see results.

The straight answer is NO!

Eat a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and walk and move as much as possible.

Ultimately - be happy with what you've got and show it off! You'll regret not having done so when you get older!

Go On - Enjoy Life!

stay away from all that crap. Just go for walks, exercise. Your better off eating 6 small meals a day that are healthy than trying to eat less. You don't want to starve your body. If you starve it. The body will store fat even more.

no i have found that none of them work, the best i can tell you is eat healthy and get out for 30 min a dat and do an activity!

its called pushing yourself away from the table or off the sofa and go walking ride a bike, those things on tv are awful, plus they cost so much, you should have watched prime time a few weeks ago
