Cosmetic yes. Health Insurance doesn't usually cover it. A plastic surgeon would be the one to see.

ask your ob/gyn .. i know there is one that sew back the skin (forget what its called) but you can be a"virgin again" and your new hubby/boy friend can break through again..
so never know
