I have real bad cravings with chocolate, but I dont want to eat it cause it gets you fat, It's like-I GOT TO HAVE IT type thing, please help?

I'm the most active guy at my age just about. I play basketball almost everyday. I don't eat a whole lot just enough to satisfy my hunger. I used to weigh 148 before I got into the Army. Then I built all this muscle up and know I weigh 185 since 8 years ago. Is there anyway, I can get my weight down to at least 160 if not the 148 like I used to be when I was younger. I'm not fat, it's a combination of fat and muscle. Does your body really automatically stop how much weight you're allowed to lose because I feel that no matter how much running I do or basketball I play It's so hard to get that 148 like I was 8 years ago. Any advice please.

I have been given steroid creams, injections, and prednisone. I found the prednisone gave me the most relief and I was able to move my fingers slightly, but the doctors refuse to let me take it for long. I have used lotions, oils...I need some relief. Any suggestions?
