There are so many studies out there. One year they will say how bad chocolate is, the the next how good it is.
Here's my advice: you love chocolate. Don't spend your whole life worrying that chocolate is bad for your heart. If you like it, then eat it in moderation. You don't need 2 pounds each day to be happy.
(By the way, most doctors agree that chocolate is good for you)

dark chocolate is good for you as long as you dont eat too much of it, since it still is fattening. :) it contains antioxidants and the chemical that makes you feel happy.
