I've tried our tap water about five times since we lived here, and all five times my stomach got really sick. Last night was the last time and I vomited, had other digestive issues, and am still sick today. My husband feels bad drinking it too. We're tired of always buying bottled water though, and don't know how useful water filters would be. What do you recommend?

ok, well i have a problem with crying, like if something real little happens that upsets me i start crying, and i don't want to cry, the tears just start coming out, and i don't know how to stop them, and because of this my so called "friend" makes fun of me, and i just want to stop crying. can you please help me. and i am sorry if this is in the wrong catagory.

I am a 20 yr old first time mom ( 5 weeks) I now weight 160 ( down from 183 prego) but I'm only 5'2 ....I look like a bubble lol. I don't have long periods of free time to exercise but I want to get back down to about 125 lbs. What are some weight loss tips for some with only small periods of free time. I do have an exercise bike if anyone has any tips on use of that. I just feel very subconscious about my looks and feel that I REALLY need to start working on this. Any advice would be appreciated.

I work for an elderly who has Parkingson's. The advice was for her to walk every once in a while. However, she gets a bit negative at times, and claims she can't do it or she's too tired. She basically walks to her room and back or bathroom and back to her chair. Her daughter and other friend keep encouraging her to walk. How do I know if she's really tired or just being negative? Is there a certain way she walks that I can tell?

I have had this for over two years now. I have talked with family doctors and I just get a "I don't know what that is" thing. It seems to be chronic, it is every day. Some days are worse than others, I can hardly move my arms and shoulders. Some days it is stabbing pain, especially in neck area and then causes a headache. I also have problems with fatigue, memory, being cold, dry skin, and sleep problems. Anyone have this also?

i was wondering, does rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide make your teeth whiter over time? my cousin said that it worked for her. she also said that she got the idea from her friend who was in the army and she said that they used it to keep their teeth clean.
