When do all men start growing facial hair and on there legs ?

It's not their age, it's puberty. Some girls have been known to hit puberty at the age of 2, so that could happen with boys as well.

It varies from guy to guy. And not all guys grow as much hair as others. Some guys never grow hair on their legs. And some guys hardly ever have to shave. IF you are going to grow hair in those places it will start to happen around the same time you start get pubic hair (the hair above your penis). This period of growth is called puberty.

Starts at the bottom and works up. Legs start getting hairy first, then the pubes come in, and if you are genetically inclined, it starts toward your belly button or on your chest. Your face will start growing hair about the same time.

Depends on their genetic make up. Some men are just hairy and others are not. Native Americans, Indians (from India) and some African decent people are usually less hairy than Europeans.
