I have a great amount of muscle pain in my upper body????

I have had this for over two years now. I have talked with family doctors and I just get a "I don't know what that is" thing. It seems to be chronic, it is every day. Some days are worse than others, I can hardly move my arms and shoulders. Some days it is stabbing pain, especially in neck area and then causes a headache. I also have problems with fatigue, memory, being cold, dry skin, and sleep problems. Anyone have this also?

I would suggest having diagnostic tests/blood work etc if this has not been done already.
