Hi, I have the same baby weight issues after 3 kids! So I feel ya. You say you have a statonary bike. So you can use this for 30 min every day (15 mins twice a day since you're very short on time with the new baby)... Do sprints.... For example pedal as fast as you can for 30 secs then pedal slowly for 30 secs. Next pedal fast for 1 min then slowly for 1 min... etc all the way up to 2 full minutes of the fast and slow pedaling. Repeat...
This peaks your heat rate to increase cardio benefits.
Jumping rope can also be a good cardio exercise.
Use a resistance band for slight muscle building to burn fat quicker. (doing this type of resistance burns fat all day for you even while you are sleeping!) And it naturally boosts your metabolism too.
Eat healthy and drink LOTS of water 8-10 glasses daily.
Hope this helps you.
Congrats on your new bundle of joy! Take care

Drink water
Eat grilled chicken
Salads w/low fat dressing
Lean Cuisines are good
Ride that exercise bike but start out nice and easy so your body will be used to riding it.Then gradually increase speed and time riding.
Power walking does wonders for fat loss as well.
Purchase a sauna suit for the workouts.
Take a multi vitamin but ask your doctor first in case you are breast feeding.
I hope this helps.

hi
This plan helped me loose the weight I had gained after childbirth so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

You might try the Tae Bo 8 minute work out. It worked after my first pregnancy...I plan on doing it again after this one. Or you could try a home pilates workout for a not so aerobic work out...should take only about 20 minutes a day for that.

it took 9 months to gain the weight, and you need to give it 9 months to lose it again. start slowly since you just gave birth, but become active, do things with your baby, eat healthily like you probably did while pregnant and it will come off again. You may never be back like you were prepregnancy, but you can still get to a point that you are happy with your body and it's accomplishment : )

Breast feeding naturally and with little effort gets rid of baby weight. If you passed up breast feeding then you're gonna half to wait for the baby to be old enough for you to get a sitter and hit the gym. (Breast fed the second baby and got skinny again. But I totted the first baby weight around for months)
