anyone takeing the sleep med ambien, get addicted to it and if so how did u stop taking it?

What does it mean if my arms or legs have tiny little twitches every now and then, sometimes no times a day, sometimes like four times a day. just tiny little twitches. i have recently started excersizing more and eating less because im quite overweight and losing weight so it may be something to do with that but I'm also scared i have cancer or MS. thanks

Boxers are better for me. When I was wearing Briefs, it felt like my nuts were being crushed. Then, I heard that Briefs cause low sperm count. So, I quit wearing them and switched to Boxers.

Are you a Boxers or a Briefs person?

I have become extremely depressed, and before you say, I have already made an appointment to see my doctor. I just wanted to know if any one out there is also going through this illness. I feel ashamed because I have no reason to feel depressed and yet it does not go away. I try to stay happy but it creeps up on me again. What help will the doctor give me?

I need to find a polite way to do it because he takes everything to the heart I find it gross because he brings them back and sometimes I dont notice anyone can come up and read it. BTW he is male so that means he must be going #2 when goes to the restroom... really gross

my dad has had a hard time controlling his emotions lately... he's 59 and his behavior has suddenly changed... he's been divorced for over 15 years and never really dated anyone in that time... now he's suddenly trying to pick up women... he seems to have changed his taste in music from jazz to some sort of dance/techno music and last week he bought a cell phone... he's also started crying during a particularly intense tv episode in which someone died... and the next day he was totally emotionally shook up when his boss' wife suddenly died (he hardly knew her)... on his way home he got into the first car accident of his life by rear-ending someone (he was only going 5mph, i think it was related to his emotional state)... all this in the past 2 weeks, is it his hormones? his medication? what is going on?

ps. he does take medication for his heart and an anti-anxiety pill but he has been on these for many years

i'm in middle school and i have problems all over the place. even though my avatar is a guy, I AM A GIRL (just to let you know so theres no confusion about my questions.) first of all, my grades have never been that great. i just have trouble getting organized. second, i've been friends with this guy for a long time and i like him now, but i don't want to and only want to be friends. i dont think he likes me more than a friend and thats great but i need to make it so i don't think about him all the time. please. any girls that remember this time in life, if you could give me tips on how to survive middle school i would appreciate it. please dont put any thing crude or gross on here cause i really don't need ot here it.

I've recently had major dental work done, scaling & root planing and a root canal. I'm under the care of a periodontist who recommends regeneration surgery at a cost of almost $6,000! On top of this, my dentist says I need two crowns with my portion after insurance at over $1,000. I've already forked over a hefty chunk for the previous work and don't think I can afford the surgery at this point and probably the crowns too. Do you think it's ok to put off the surgery and get the crowns done first or do the surgery first and wait on the crowns? My periodontist said that if I elect not to have the surgery now, I should come in for 3 month cleanings, which I am sure is a lot more financially managable. Also, anyone ever gone abroad and had dental work done? I may be out of the country for 3 months or more and I know it is much less expensive where I'll be going than here. Prices here are outrageous and I don't live in a high cost of living area either!!!

I'm a college sophomore with a 4.0 and in the honors program and various honorary greek societies. I've been told I'm gorgeous. I don't believe any of it. I have no self-esteem and grew up in a verbally abusive household. To this day, my parents threaten to kick me out and stop funding my college education, though I've done nothing but prove just how capable i am of acheiving exceptional grades. This has got me so tense, I feel like taking up smoking or drinking, I'm already borderline anorexic. I'm so depressed, I'm never good enough. Please, can someone give me some advice? I never had a mother to talk to, and I'm so lost I cry myself to sleep.
