Does anybody know if penis enlargement pills really work?

All enlargment products are herbal supplements. Do they work, yes and no. You have to understand how herbal supplements work to know that. Herbal supplements work on the body, not the penis, and your body works on the penis. They work by supplying your body with the proper nutirents so it can increase the blood flow to the penis. When the blood flow to the penis is at its highest, it will cause the tissue to expand to its fullest and even cause some of it to tear and breakdown. When the tissue repairs itself, it will double and create a larger penis. This does not happen overnight and I would not recommend any of the claims the pills may offer. Realistic results are about 3/4 to 1 1/4 inch in about 3 months. Now here is where people think it is a scam, how well herbal supplements work depends on how your body reacts to them. What works for Bob may not work for you and vice versa. It may take some time and money to find the right one for you. But I do know that it did add an extra inch and thickness to Mr. Happy for me, not that I needed it, I was just curious.

No they don't. If you want a bigger penis you'll have to do surgery.

Penn & Teller did a test on their show, three guys tested one method each (pills, a vacuum pump, and a stretching program) for a week or two (I forget how long). A doctor measured them and found no difference whatsoever on any one of them. He was not surprised. The only reason they can sell junk like this is because so many guys want a bigger penis and are prepared to buy shoddy merchandise to get it. It's a waste of money.

nope it dont work the only wat 2 gain size is surgery 5and6" is pretty normal and good.but the pills r money down the drain
