i bearly had a baby so i have a big stomach, and my hips are starting to get fat

I don't exercise but I read a lot about it. (I'm trifling) Anyway, pilates is really good for you b/c it tones and elongates. You should do a mixture of cardio--walking, running, jogging, biking, skating, jumping rope, swimming--and weight training. You shouldn't lose more than a pound and a half a week. But when you first start working out seriously, weight will initially drop off pretty fast. Make sure you drink enough water and cut out the pop and watch your diet, because that's the biggest part of weight loss. If I wasn't so lazy (yet amazingly gorgeous :p~) I'd do it too. Good luck.

The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer. 'Weight loss' will add another 1,883. 'Too fat ' 15,515 and 'overweight' 2,692 and 'over weight' 26,269!!!!!. 'Diet Pills' gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, 'pink patch' 119, 'Xenical' 91 'Reductil' 78, 'Slim fast' 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and 'orlistat' 40 . Do you spot a pattern here? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight! Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:- 1) Eat less 2) Take regular vigorous exercise Repeat 1 + 2 forever

I do 30 minutes of cardio and weights five times a week. It's better to lose weight gradually and try to be healthy than to go on a crash diet. And it worked-I've lost 22 pounds in four months!

Remember not to try to loose weight to fast. The goal is to be healthy, not skinny. Do cardio workouts to burn fat, and strength training to gain muscle.

I have found that just simply walking everyday for 30 minutes does a great deal of good. Plus its pretty easy to do when you have a baby. Grab the stroller and go!

do lot's of cardio. start off with walking if you haven't worked out in a while, then step it up to jogging. start off low and gradually increase the amount of time that you workout so you wont hurt yourself.
