It depends on your activity level. If you are sedentary and trying to lose weight I would hover around 1600-1800 calories. This is a relatively safe daily caloric intake for dieting. Avoid fatty and sugary foods when possible. You must also exercise 4-5 times a week to lose weight as well. Try walking everyday for about 30-45 minutes. If you have hunger pangs, I would suggest eating vegetables that can fill you up that have fiber.

According to my personal trainer no more than 2000 if you are trying to lose weight. For most women- around 1800. Ask your doctor/nutritionist to create a plan for you.

It really depends on how active you are. If you don't do a lot of physical activity it's around 3600 calories. Go to http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html and enter all of the info and it'll tell you exactly how many you need.
