hi all i just had surgery yesterday im am in moderate to minor pain. It was a hydroseal in the not to be gross but the testicales. i didnt feel anything till i woke up so if there are any suggestions please write back thank you

The doctor didn't prescribe any pain killer medications? After my knee surgeries the doctor sent me home with a bottle of lorotab.
Hmmm, either that means your doctor is a jerk, or he/she expects you'll be able to handle the pain with normal over-the-counter stuff. Try some ibruprofin or tylenol to see if that does the trick. If not, give your doc a call, and ask for some help with dealing with the pain.
