I have not got terribly high self esteem, makes me a little quiet at times..

My insecurity stems from a messed up childhood plus a few turbulent relationships.My ex is currently trying to use my history against me in order to make me feel even more insecure.But its all good cos its just spurring me on to be stronger.

This sounds like a research question, if I may ask, may I know why you want to know? - anyways, nothing makes me insecure because I trust and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Nothing. Insecurity is a waste of time. Why waste all that time worrying when you could use that precious time to think of more positive things.
