It's a pain in the butt, but the best thing to do is google anything that you don't understand. Google things using the quotes... like this and then add a word to help you out:
"Pulmonary Hypertension" definition
If you invest the time and energy, you will soon have a pretty good understanding of the medical terminology. Also be sure to look at sites like http://www.webmd.com and http://www.merck.com ...this is where you can find excellent information on specific diseases and conditions (most times they are written in "laymen's terms").

Do you mean that your are trying to get them or you have them and don't understand them?
If you want to get them you have to fill out a request for medical records, you can do that at the hospital medical records room.
If you have them and don't understand them ask your regular physician to help you read them.

If you're trying to figure out how to get ahold of them, go to the doctors office/hospital, and go to the Health Information Department, and ask for a release form, fill it out, then give it back to one of the Health INformation Techs, and he/she can get the information you want/need.
