Have you or someone you know used TrimSpa? Did you or they lose any weight? If yes, how much and how long did it take for the weight to drop off?
What other diet pills work well to get someone motivated a little bit?

I used it for awhile and I really liked it. It kind of made me have no desires -- I didn't want to eat, drink, smoke, I just didn't want anything in my mouth -- it was a little weird.

If I lost any weight from it though it wasn't much. I've never been a big scale watcher. I only used it for about 2 months -- I'd use it again though. I wasn't doing much exercise with it.

Does Trimspa Work

Nah... not enough of any ingredient to make it worthwhile.

The two strongest are Lipodrene and Stimerex-ES. Take a look at my 360, I use these two to keep my abs sharp. I'm 43 and I just couldn't get this lean with these pills.

Don't rely on some drug to lose weight. As soon as you stop taking you'll gain the weight back again. To truly lose weight and keep it off you have to change your lifestyle a little bit. Most people put on weight because they don't eat healthy and don't have a workout routine. If you change your diet and start doing some cardio and weight training and disipline yourself to stick with it, you'll lose the weight, keep it off, and you'll live a happier life.

No, none of them work. Don't waste your money.
Count calories - about a 1000 a day - you'll lose weight. Also, Excercise is the best appetite suppressant.

Yeah...My neighbor has been on it for a good while now and I have seen a significant change in them. They tell me that you can't just take it and watch the weight magically disappear..you still have to eat right and exercise moderatley.
