I get completely bloated during that 'time of the month'. Any advice on how to keep the water-weight to a minimum?

I find that if I drink lots of water, then I pee more, and that seems to keep water retention to a minimum. I know that drinking more water sounds like a bizarre way to keep water retention down, but it seems to work for me.

cut salt and caffine out that time of the month..a ton of water..the more the better..and there is a water pill you can take, not sure how they work, but my mom took them for years..also midol works great..but mostly just watch your diet and you should be fine.
