same thing happened with my nipple, got all infected and I just ended up taking it out. Just keep it really clean and ice it down to relieve the swelling. If it continues for over 2 weeks, take it out and start over again.

You need to go to the doctor you might need antibiotics. You also might want to think of taking it out and letting it heal up. You could also go back to where you go it pierced and get their opinion. Whatever you choose definitely go to the doctor!
