I've had trouble sleeping for a few years now. I have resorted to taking one advil pm 200 mg-per night, to fall a sleep. What's the difference if the Dr. prescribes me something to take everynight (which probably has more potent drugs in it), then me just taking advil to fall asleep.

It is aired that to reduce intake of salt is beneficial, to the non-hardening of the blood vessels. How does that affect wellbeing?.

Secondly, is this a proposition by the scientists ,or has it been proven.

Ok so i was at home that day and wanted to work out because i dont want to goto the gym. So i thought of something, i put 2 chairs together so they are side by side like 2 feet away, then i put another chair in the front of these 2 so its like 3 feet above the 2. Ok now i put my left hand on the left chair and my right hand on the right chair and my 2 feet on the one in the front.

so right now i look like im laying on the 3 chairs with my hands and feet.

this is how i work out. i use my arms to bring my body down and the lift myself back up i do sets of 30 sometimes 50.

and i do get sore and feel the burn. i get sore on my tri ceps, my chest, and i think my serratus anterior got bigger (the muscle onthe side of my body right besides my chest and next to my arm when my arm is down)

p.s the chairs are round and flat on top with 4 legs.
why i am asking this is becuase i never heard of an excerise like this and i dont know if its good for u so plz help

My boyfriend has had psoriasis for 20 years, and I read posts from other sufferers with great interest. Unfortunately, all suggestions we've ruled out because he's done most of them - resulting in a damaged liver and light sensitivity now too. We've heard that sulphur treatment is another remedy - has anyone used it?

I just read a disturbing article that states that suicides outnumber homicides in the U.S., according to Charles Curie, head of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Admin. They average 80 per day.

The really sad news is that 90% of people that kill themselves suffer from diagonosable and PREVENTABLE problems such as depression.

What do you think of these findings and how do you think we all can better help those we know to deal with life better?

My grandmother is concerned that if I concieve , the child will be born with an disability of some kind. She saw a girl on tv that was not able to hold her child because she was born without arms. The girl said that it was because her mother had a thyroid disorder. I believe that if God wants me to have a child that is disabled , than he will give me this special child no matter what. God would never give me anything that I could not handle. Thanks for all of your answers.

My opinion...the exercise ball.

There's not much you can't do with those, exercise-wise. They can be used for a bench if you need them to be and they almost always help in working out your core.

What do you think?

I completely disagree with that notion. All I do are 20 minutes cardios. They are intensity based and work very well at burning fat. I do three a week, sometimes more.

If you think they're pointless, why?

...dumbbells, barbells, or machines for your chest?

I prefer dumbbells, then machines, the barbells.

Dumbbells work more stabilizer muscles. I like machines next because I'm lazy. Barbells, I just don't like them.
