My personal methods are used here, passed down from my great aunt.
1. Make sure any fans you have during the warmer seasons are turned on breeze, the sound controls your blood flow recieving you a good sleep!

2. Rub the edge of a sheet [for laundry washing] on your forhead, this light scent relaxes you upper organs and works well. [One of my favorites!]

3. (Last but not least), let out all your emotions on such type as a pillow, do not try and sleep on a head full of bad thoughts, such as being mean to someone, leaving a job undun, etc. To help think about all the good things you had accomplish one time or another, or thruout that day!

Thanks for letting me share some ideas with you guys!! Try them out write back if your not too sure about anything at krose020@yahoo.com !!.. GOODNIGHT!

Keep your bedroom on the cool side. If you get too warm, you won't sleep well.

Confine your caffeine intake to the morning hours.

Get plenty of fresh air and exercise during the day. This not only tires you out and relaxes you, but also clears your head for a good night's sleep.

Have a turkey sandwich with a glass of warm milk, then take a warm bath with lavender bath oil and use lavender lotion when you get out. Put on some warm comfy jammies and crawl into bed. Listen to quiet meditative music and concentrate on your breathing. Slowly breath in and out through your nose as you imagine your body relaxing in a salt water ocean which won't let you sink. Feel yourself become one with the ocean as it lulls you to sleep....your breathe deepening, slowing down...your body turning to warm sand......limbs getting heavier. Your mind empty of everything except your breathing, the feeing of floating anddddddddddddzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz nightie night.
