I typically use either the treadmill or the exercise bike. I really like to walk, but not alone. The key for me is the variety. Some days I do the treadmill, some days I do the bike, some days I do a 20-minute workout on tape. This keeps things from getting routine for me, and I have a short attention span so as long as I keep the variety in my life, I will stick to the workout.

Elliptical / cross country trainer. Or walking (about 4 mph).
Or, some indoor sports are quite enjoyable, as well as providing a cardiovascular workout...

I prefer the stairstepper. It gives you a good hard workout, that really makes you sweat. I used to run 5 to 6 miles a day, until it started reaking havoc on my knees. I find that the stairstepper also allows me to burn more calories as well.

After finding what men are relatively like, women start to choose canine to maintain the lads away so the girls can play.

Walking, and at a good pace. I take my dog out every a.m. and walk for an hour. We enjoy things while it's still quiet and the sun's just coming up.

i prefer walking, stairstepper, biking i have done this for about 5 months and have lost 31 pounds.
I also do ab crunches everyday and love to do pilates.
