Ok so i was at home that day and wanted to work out because i dont want to goto the gym. So i thought of something, i put 2 chairs together so they are side by side like 2 feet away, then i put another chair in the front of these 2 so its like 3 feet above the 2. Ok now i put my left hand on the left chair and my right hand on the right chair and my 2 feet on the one in the front.

so right now i look like im laying on the 3 chairs with my hands and feet.

this is how i work out. i use my arms to bring my body down and the lift myself back up i do sets of 30 sometimes 50.

and i do get sore and feel the burn. i get sore on my tri ceps, my chest, and i think my serratus anterior got bigger (the muscle onthe side of my body right besides my chest and next to my arm when my arm is down)

p.s the chairs are round and flat on top with 4 legs.
why i am asking this is becuase i never heard of an excerise like this and i dont know if its good for u so plz help

The exercise you're performing are called Dips. Best exercise out there for triceps, also really great exercise for increasing your bench press.

Basically, you're just doing push-ups on chairs. They're obviously effective if you're feeling the burn and whatever. Plus, from a wrestler's point of view, it's probably better than doing push-ups on the ground because you have a gap beneath you, so you can go down even lower than the 90 degrees you should be doing. Of course, I believe you should be doing more than just push-ups such as cardio. Go outside and run for a while with your iPod, which is what I do. Running is the best thing you can do for your body. Don't just work out your arms and stomach.

this is just a basic tricept workout.
you could roll over and do push ups also and you will be able to go deeper and get more of a work out in less time.
there are lots of ways to work out at home without weights.
pull ups and st ips are the same.
You can either go to a fancy gym that has equipment that singles out a muscle group, or you can do alot of your workout at home

Exercise is exercise, if you want to lose weight quit wasting time finding "tricks" or "shortcuts" because there are none. Just exercise and eat sensibly, that is it.
