Buy some flax seed from your local health food store, and grind it up into your cereal, or drink it with water.
It's healthier than any drug, and has extensive nutritional value.

Exercise seems to get the bowels moving. To begin with don't go to far, because you will feel the need to come back. Get an over the counter fiber drink, and take on a reg basis.
Get extra fiber - you can get at a groc store and add to your cereal, baking ect.
If all this still does not do anything - see a Dr

Sunflower seeds. My daughter had a really tough time while growing from baby to little girl. The best most productive thing I found to work over everything is sunflower seeds.

Oreo cookies was the 2nd best thing. I don't recommend because they are some of the worst things for a person but the fat in them causes bowel movements.

Go buy this stuff called Magnesium citrate oral solution. You can buy it at Walmart, or any pharmacy. It only costs about $1 for the bottle of it. Drink the whole bottle. Stay home or near a toilet. In about 8 hours you will be going alot!! It will clean you out!

Good Luck!!!!!! :-)

My doctor told me to take Mild of Magnesia three times a day until everything broke loose. I have had this problem all of my life so I really cannot advise much on a daily basis.

hi. when i get constipated i like to use a herbal tablet called peritone. it softens the stools and helps to push the pooh out, not like other laxatives that could reverse the effect and give you diarrhoea. it is safe to use and works reasonably fast. the only side effect is that because the tablet is green, when you wea it could have a green tinge with it but that's nothing to worry about.

Go get an enema(you can buy them in grocery or department stores). This will help especially if u have a blockage. If it doesn't work, you may have a blockage that is too high in the intestine. See your doc.

Get a hammer and a chisel and call your very best friend in the whole world to come over for a night of "interesting and revealing" discussion.
