yes....in fact, if you have been watching the news lately....the 2 girls that were just separated by surgery are only about 4 years old. One of them is going to receive her mothers kidney very shortly.

yes, read up on Gary Coleman. The kidney will adapt itself to the smaller body, it has to be a blood match though.

it depends how young a child, but typically yes. they kidneys will shrink or grow once put inside the child.
