i like to dance because it doesn't really seem like a workout. it's just fun.

Walking is great but the easiest thing I have found is the Exercise Ball. It really works & it doesnt take much work or time. If you purchase one from a reputable company or exercise trainer, it should come with some exercises to do & you can even make up some of your own. Believe me if you use it, you will notice it is working within 3-4 days.

i would say try to run about 1 miles a day. it works for me.
