I'm a huge basketball fan and my favorite player is injured with Plantar Fasciitis.

I hear it is the most common sports injury, but what exactly is Plantar Fasciitis, how is it caused, and how long would it take to recover ?

I just found out that my cousin's kidneys failed. he got put on a transplant list, and i want to find out if i can donate a kidney. if i'm not a match for him, i'd still like to donate a kidney, but i'm not sure if i could do it because of my age. i feel like this is a good way to help out someone and let them lead a better life.

I have diabetes and it runs 160 most of the time,
I drank sweet tea a lot, and I take diabetes medicine, but if I go a few hours without drinking the sweet tea, my diabetes drop to under 50.
I am wondering if I stop drinking sweet tea, would I even need to take the medicine.
I see a Dr. allot, but she doesn’t say anything about it. Just gives me the med’s.

I am 5'3" andI weigh 125. I look fine everywhere else but I want my stomach to be toned. It isn't that big like, it doesn't hang over my pants or anything but it could look better. I eat so much junk food. Its ALL I eat really and I think I would be skinnier if I ate healthier but I am VERY VERY picky and I don't like food that is good for me. I like vegetable soup and salads and stuff but it is hard to eat that stuff all the time. What can I do to tone my belly and still eat junk? Is it even possible?

I know this 13 year old who complains he is fat. Whever i'm around him, he never drinks any water or eats or anything really healthy. I bust down (work out) at least once a day, when i'm over there and I haven't busted down during the day, I do it at his house. I see him on the computer or playing video games and encourage him to come and join me, he says no or he's coming but never gets up. I just shake my head, is there anyway I can get him motivated?
