i have quit from 1 year after 20 years of heavy smoking. pl suggest

Lemon juice. Just put it on and let it dry. Do it several times a day when possible.

Soak your nails in lemon juice for about 5 minutes, then use a nail buffer and gently buff your nails. Usually this will do the trick for someone with nail discoloration from nail polish (since it only affects the very top layer of the nail). But for your scenario, try this everyday and it should help take out the discoloration.

It is going to take a while for that stain to go away. Keep on mind you smoked for 20 years so is going to take a couple years to get rid of the stain. Congratulations in your decisition, I am so proud of you.

Go get some fake nails on or add an acrylic coating to your nails at the nail salon

i can remove the yellow stains on my nails due to smoking by gently scraping it with a cuticle remover and pusher. having your manicure could remove it too.
