How can you be picky and still eat junkfood? That doesn't make sense at all. There are all kinds of snacks that are very tasty and actually healthy start figuring out where to find those. Then no matter how healthy you eat, you will always have to exercise. The most complete exercise is rowing whether on water or dry. As for the junkfood, it shows on your belly but it will also gradually clutter up your arteries, not to mention all the additions to make this low in taste and nutrition food edible. If however you want to persist eating junk I'd say exercise and eat lots of fruit.

Wow. Even the way you type screams SUGAROVERLOAD. Start by talking with your doctor, either they can get you started or refer you to a dietitian or nutritionist. Keep doing tennis, maybe increase it by a half hour. And probably the more difficult part, get rid of the junk food. All of it, in the trash and never keep any in the house. If you have it, you'll be tempted to eat it. Start eating fruits if you have a sweet tooth. And no more eating out. If you must, try to go for a salad with a small amount of dressing. And allow yourself to a treat every few days, or once a week so you don't snap and relapse.

You seem to be in pretty good shape and if you exercise ddaily 10 or 15 min. you will be able to eat junk food. If you start out at your weigh you want to be this is all it takes. That is eating junk food within reason, nobody can keep in shape if they over do it .

Cange ur eating habits, try to develop a taste in low cal. & low fat food. Eating junk food is not bad but try eating it occassionaly.Junk food is tasty but not always good. To keep stomach in good shape drink cold water in the morning before eating or drinking anything else this will help in lowerin fat from stomach. Home made food is good, safe & healthier also. Exercise will help but it must b daily . So eat ur favourite food stuff 4 taste not for filling up ur tummy

The main thing is to do lots of aerobic exercise to keep your fat under control. Otherwise, even if you have a very toned belly it won't be visible. Situps will tone your belly.

Cut your junk food intake in half. And add in exercise, both cardio and strength training. It will take longer because of your diet but will work eventually.
I am also very picky so I understand your plight.

Your belly fat is from too many carbs. If you cut out the sugar and bad carbs, you should slim up. You can eat junk food on rare occasions, but not every day.

do sit ups and stomach crunches. that should trim your belly nicely.. To make it more complete, why not enrol in a gym, so you can stuff yourself with junk food and still maintain your figure.

juz make sure u dun eat junk food everyday. once a while is fine.
n pls exercise.. coz u wont get a slim belly just lazing around..

if u have a medium frame then average wieght is 128 and smaller frame is a buit lower...im pretty sure ur medium framed cuz u sed theres no fat hangin down...so u dunt need to really cut any fat.......best bet is try and build up muscle to fill in...dunt worry about getting bulky, liofting lighter sets and wieghts will get u looking more defined not bigger
