Not true. Chicken breasts are really filling, so it's hard to eat too much to gain weight. That is...if its cooked healthy. If it's fried, then it's really easy to gain weight from eaing chicken breasts.

Honestly what do you expect us to say?
"Yeah you can gain weight from every type of meat known to man... oh except chicken breast. Yeah you can eat any part of the chicken and any type of animal breast except chicken breast and gain weight but the chicken breast is magical"?
It's meat so it has protein and fat in it. You could gain weight just based on the fact that you ate x ounces of a food and it is now inside of you.
Serena is an athlete, not a biologists, physicist, or any scientist for that matter.

If you eat too much of anything, you'll gain weight.
Chicken breast, without the skin, is a good thing to eat, but don't overdo it. (The skin has a lot of fat.)

it's true but the trick is you must get rid of most of the carbs in your diet. on a mostly protien diet, this is true but if you do not cut the carbs it will backfire and make you gain.
