Im 15, 5'9", and weigh 164 lbs. For the last 5-6 months, I've been trying to eat better and exercise more. And, appearently, its working. Im 20+ lbs less. But thats not my concern.

For the last few weeks, I've noticed that my bowl movements have been becoming excessively more few and far apart. And I've noticed that its been getting harder to go.(increased straining) I eat lots of fiber everyday, 20g-30g... What's the problem?

Has anyone tried acupuncture for neck/upper back and shoulder pain? I am sick of taking all these pills, that make me feel groggy and tired. Plus the pain is really dulled, not gone. I was thinking of trying acupuncture. Opinions anyone????

The last time i had sex was about 6mo ago with my previous boyfriend; the first time i had sex i bled so i just assumed that he had popped my cherry but now about 1yr later me n my new bf have sex and i bled alot!
