see its perfectly normal to masturbate.......rather it is healty.....to cite facts >90% men and >80% women masturbate........do u see so many abn people around? obviously not........
why heathy?.......bec it is a good process, absolutely natural(when u first masturbated, who taught u?- no body....thats same for most- means to say its natural), keeps your body and mind healthy, gives u pleasure without side-effects, releases any pent up sexual tension decreasing the incidence of rapes/crimes.
no of times.......as many times as YOU want....1 time a decade or 4-5 times a day......all and anything would be normal till u want it and enjoy it.....
weakness after masturbation?.........what u feel just after an orgasm is an immense relaxation and not weakness........what u feel is that u r week throughout the day is arising from the superstition/fear that masturbation leads to weakness.......if u r really feeling week then there maybe some other causes like anaemia etc etc

If u do this more than that u start getting pimples on your body
