Make your arms stronger first. I still do 20 a day, ten on each fist.

Get in position to do regular push ups and then try to fold one arm on your back. Don't push up right away, find your balance first, then alternate and when your arms have gained strength that way do the push ups. It's harder on the fist or on just a few fingers. But always take your time before you plunge in so to speak.

spread your legs to about double shoulder width, and your have to turn in a little to the side that you are using to do push ups.
