I looked up the dictionary of yahoo and got this word-enterogastritis, so I guess it's right??

According to MayoClinic.com there is no such thing are you sure you don't have Viral gastroenteritis? If this is so and you just got confused on the name all it is, is a stomach virus also known as the stomach flu. It's not serious, just stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

That word is not in my medical dictionary - are you sure you got the right word? Just had a second look - you mean gastro-enteritis! It means inflammation of the stomach lining, and that's it - no simpler word.

If you have gastroenteritis you have a "stomach ache".

We (Americans, that is) usually say we have an upset stomach.
