Is it harmless for a man to swallow his own semen?
A lot of people are disgusted at the thought of tasting their own semen, but how normal is it to do this?

disgusting or not it depends on the guy himself.
and no... it is not harmful to swallow your own semen if it is not harmful for other people to swallow yours.

eating/drinking your own semen is an experience that most men won't admit to. as with masturbation, semen tasting, etc. is not an topic for open discussion. however, many men try it, like it, and do it on a regular basis.
pulling out of my wife's wagina just before orgasm, i've orgasmed on her stomach, bush, and breasts. instead of wiping the semen up, we both often lick it off.
so no, it's not abnormal or uncommon. it may take some time to appreciate the taste and to learn how to swallow it without it lingering in the back of your throat. this will come in time, with practice.
so go ahead and enjoy your ejaculate. it's just another part of the sex exploration game.

Harmless -- and most guys (of every sexuality) have tried their own a few times, so go ahead. You will find different tastes at different times, though, depending on what you have eaten some hours before.

its not harmful 2 swallow ur own semen, but if rubbed into ur eye or anyone elses for that matter, it will send u temporarily blind. this was done in the french penal colonys in the 20,s & 30,s 2 get out of work detail, & is the basis of the saying ''wanking sends u blind''.

Not normal but harmless. Some people think they can drink it to get extra testosterone, when in fact there is very little if any in it. So no benefits, but not harmful.

Well its harmless but going down it sticks to your throat and makes it feel icky I just kinda like the act of it more then anything XP but it IS protein~!

If i were you I'd maybe blend it with some fruit juice to disguise the salty flavour (or so I'm told).
Could make your own smoothies perhaps.
Or maybe your own recipe book, theres probably a market for it somewhere or Germany

I think it's perhaps normal but, I do however think that most people are happy to just be curious. Remember: curiosity killed the cat.
