ensure is like a balanced meal in a can... it is a supplement for those that need additional vitamins and minerals... Ensure will make you gain weight...... if used regulalry... my mom was put on ensure when she became to ill to eat foods (from cancer) ..... if you take ensure and still eat sensibly you will gain weght...
i know 2 people that had to take ensure for various reasons and they both gained weight and thier overall health improved....

I'm not sure about that, but you need to find a drink that is protein based. You might try a vitiam shop.
I need to put my protein, and I use Syntrax Nectar. They have many flavors and it has 90 calories and 23 grams of protein per serving. I got mine on eBay, but if you are close to a Vitiam Shoppe, I know that they carry it.

yes it has a lot of vitimans and minerals and protien, ensure is to be used with a meal not used or replaced as a meal

REad the information on the packaging they have to disclose what is in it and how much of it there is.
