she has to sleep alot becouse of her codition and she doesnt have much blood!!! a hit on the head and lose blood shes dead!!! also she has high blood preshure!! and hypo glosemia!!! the doctor said she needs a blood transfusoin!!!! but she thinks that she will get something from the blood!!! but im scared something might happen to her!!! her mom said shes not havng a part of that!!! she asked to to ask yall!! i just dont wanna lose her!! so do what do yall think should be done!!! i apprecaiteyalls help!!!

How do i stick with exercises i mean i just have too many of those days where i say i don't want too i'll do it tomorrow and never get up off the couch

Occcationally when I am walking, I get this pain in my legs. Normally the pain is in my knee area. It is a dull pain and it doesn't hurt when you touch the area, only when I move. What could be the cause? BTW it can't be something like artiritis because I am a preteen.

Ok im 14 and im a guy. I weigh like 200 but i have a bigger build. My mom said if i lost twenty pounds she would buy me a new computer. I am taking a vacation in january and want to loost it by then. I have lost ten pounds in 9 days before. I want a plan this time. Last time i tried to loose weight i just quit dieting and started eating again. I want to loose this weight fast.
