Im not overweight or anything im actually kinda underweight and kinda short for my age. How much exercise should i get? I usually work out every week or so and i do about 120 sittups, 64 push ups, and 12 minutes of cardio evrytime i work out. Is this good for my age or should i do more? I eat healthy and im getting a 6 pack. I also want to do work outs that can increase my growth because i want to get taller. Also are there any foods i can eat to help my growth?
