It is not healthy to lose weight that fast and u only weigh 140 so it will be harder for u to lose, rather than some who weighs more than u. And wit most diets and exercises u might loses 3 lbs in a week but u may see that u have lost inches in different areas. if u used pills u can lose more weight faster, but its not healthy and the weight wouldn't stay off. u might gain it back plus even more weight

no it is impossbile to lose that much weight,
lose weight slowly, about 2.5 per week is the correct way to lose weight. Start by bike riding, no more soda pop for you,no chips or dortitos no candy and no bacon. Stay away form mayo.
rollerbalde, do things that you like doing, try walking your dog or cat ( iseen that done thought that was funny) no fast food.
Last thing very imporant DO NOT USE DIET PILLS! do not drink slimfast, these can casue more harm than good.

i am 13 and have a 13 year old cousin who came and stayed with me for a while, she lost 7lbs in a little over a week because she worked with me at my parents resteraunt. why she lost the wieght is because she didn't eat more than 4 times a day and exercised. normally she sat at home and watched tv and ate junk food all day. if you just exercise and eat right you can mantatin a healthy body weight. although if you already exercise you probobably can't just lose 7lbs unless you do something drastic and unhealthy. im guessing you wanna lose wight in time for school? she also now with the lost wieght wieghs 175lbs. you are not in need of losing weight if you weigh 140lbs!!!!!!

That's 21 days to lose 15 pounds. You probably won't get there since that would be like straving yourself but you can get close to it.
Do a lot of running and biking, stay away from carbs but you'll have to eat some, it's a side effect of working out a lot. Drink a lot of water and mostly water since Gatorade and Powerade give you more calories.
Plus no take-out or fast food, foods like that. Eat a lot of organic stuff since that'll clean your insides out really good.

Im 13 and im in a juniour lifeguard program, i do alot of running and swimming a day for at least 5 hours keep this up for 5 weeks and you will notice a great difference in your waist line. If you have acces to a pool, or even better a beach (like me) then you are in good shape to lose weight.

yes but i'm telling you right now DON"T!!
too loose that much wheight would take food deprivation and extreme exercise and b/c of all that wheight loss so quickly your heart would shrink your blood pressure would drop and you would have many other health issues more pressing than a slip waist line don't doo this plz most leading experts say that loosing 2 lbs a week is a good healthy limit but not 7 lbs per week that could result in problems for you and you don't want that i'm telling you

Most diet programs recommend losing up to 3 pounds a week. Five pounds can only be done by drastic measures that might be harmful.

Not really...the best way to lose weight is through a reasonable eating plan, and exercise. Any way that would enable you to lose so much weight in such a short amount of time would be hazardous to your health.

truthfully, the best way is probably to get a personal trainer... but their expensive. Next best thing: set a steady plan and follow it.
AKA. healthy diet.... (breakfast 1 hard boiled egg. blue berries. and grapefruit./ lunch: 1 asian salad from mcdonalds, and a slimfast proteign shake or silk soy milk/ dinner: steamed brocolli, baked potato, ice water, asparagus.) then exercise... (run one mile for four days... then 1 1/2 miles the next four days than 2 miles etc. crunches, and situps... ps.. you may gain weight from muscle,but u will loose fat.) consult your doctor for more ideas.
