not remembering dreams sometimes means you just dont remember your dreams...try keeping paper and pencil next to your bed and when you wake up from a dream writ down the details. People have dreams because its the brains way of getting rid of everything you deal with during the day (stress). dreams are made out of.....hmmm, i have no clue. Dreams tell you lots of things, i would recommend buying a dream interpretation book from your local book store or on-line.

i think if u have alot going on in life u dont remember dreams as much and if ur life is boring thats y u have dreams i think dreams tell you somthing thats going on in your life or what u think of before u go to bed and i think dreams are made out of ur thoughts
