No cure, but you can usually control it. Try Claritin - no prescription needed. If that doesn't work, go to an allergy doctor to be tested and find out what you are allergic to. Then the doctor will tell you how best to control that particular allergy. But if Claritin works, you can just take it; as long as you follow the directions it's pretty safe - I used it for about 3 years.

First, find out what you are allergic to. Figure out where you are and what you are being exposed to when you are having an allergic reaction. Once you know generally what you are allergic you could find out what exactly is bothering you. The best way to do this is to see an Allergist and they will expose you to known allergines and test the severity of your reaction. Once you know what you are allergic to, you can control the allergins in your environment, that might help. My sister is allergic to dust mites so she washes her sheets at least once a week, and she has those teflon covers for her mattress and pillows to keep the dust mites away. Now if your allergies are worse, you might be able to get treatment through various methods from shots, to oral medication. If controlling your environment doesn't help you, definately go see an Allergist.

The healthiest and least invasive way of dealing with allergies. . .it's so simple it seems unreal.

Honey.

Find a local honey supplier (remember it needs to be honey from the region in which you live) and have a little everyday. You'll be surprised at the results.

no specific cures are offered but good management of exposure to known allergens will keep you from having excessive attacks. also there are some very good preventitive medications out there. see a pulmonologist or allergist. i wouldn't bother with the allergy tests but do watch what you eat, or breath, or come into contact with.
