I have been working out for 6 weeks and i am starting to see a "4 pack" i was just wondering how many sit ups is to much i only do like 60 every other day i dont think that is going to cut it tho how many should i be doing?

Well I do 200 sit ups everyday... But that just me. Just do as many as you can without hurting yourself. Or try doing like 30 one day and the next do 40 and the next 50 like build up to a number.

Do 3 different kinds of crunches to target 3 different areas. 100 sets for each exercise - total of 300. Every other day.

You should do at least 60 in two min. or whatever the military has to do.
