You need to wear good support hose. Some look like regular nylons and are good to wear with dresses & skirts. If you wear pants you can wear those or those ugly white ones that help more. When standing try standing by resting one foot on something that is 5-10 inches higher than the floor; it takes pressure off it for awhile; then do the other foot. Also, don't lock your knees when you stand as that cuts off circulation.

You can eliminate the ones you got by laser surgery, which is a in-doctors-office proceedure, about $400-500 per hour and you may need several treatments. Last resort is serious surgery.

Spray Pam (cooking spray) on your legs and wear a trash bag on them when you sleep. You will notice the difference the next day.

Wear TED hose. This will help with circulation while u r on your feet. Also, elevate your legs when at home. There are surgical procedures out there, but they are costly.
