How do i stick with exercises i mean i just have too many of those days where i say i don't want too i'll do it tomorrow and never get up off the couch

also i was wondering if there is a free like website or something that you know of that can give you a kinda planner for exercises so i'm not lost or can any one suggest any good books?

you have to pick an exercise you like

try workout generator.. its something you download and can make workout plans

Body-For-Life, has plenty of motivation, exercise plans that are actually doable (meaning realisticly, like only 20min a day). Its a book by Bill Philips, its easy to find in bookstores.
